How Do I Purchase a Consultation?

If you are willing to purchase one of our consultations, please use the chat bot available in the bottom-right corner (if using a laptop) or located just at the bottom (if using a phone). Please follow all of the steps through the chat bot and you will be able to make a payment for the chosen consultation. The chat bot will also sent you all of the further details/steps after the payment has been successful. 

Does ProYourSkin Sell Hard Copies Of the Beauty Journals?

ProYourSkin is eco-friendly, meaning that no hard copies of the beauty journals are sold. You are able to only download a digital copy for your usage after the purchase is completed. 

Does ProYourSkin Sell Any Beauty Products?

The short answer is – no. At the moment, we do not offer any beauty products that we advice following a consultation. However, we hold discounts in a variety of beauty shops, which will enable you to purchase them at a lower rate using our discount code.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. You can checkout using an Apple Pay or by inputing your debit/credit card details. 

What Currencies Are Payments Made In?

At the moment, we only accept transfers in GBP. All of our prices are indicated in this currency as well. 

Products Information

Does ProYourSkin Offer Any Post Consultation Support?

Our support is available only within 2 months from the date of the last consultation you had with our expert (additional payment will be required for this option). This includes answering any questions you might have, advice on changing any of the products from the personalised file designed for you and tracking your skin’s progress. 

Whom Should I Contact For Any Queries?

If you have already purchased a consultation, you will be able to contact your expert directly using the most convenient platform of your choice, which you have indicated in the questionnaire. If you still haven’t purchased a consultation, please visit our contact us page for any questions.

How Can I Cancel Or Reschedule My Appointment?

You are able to cancel or reschedule the (online consultation) appointment 48 hours prior to the actual date and time of your chosen slot. In case of a cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment (regardless of the circumstances), less than 48 hours before the appointed time, payment for the reserved time slot will not be refunded.
