- Preliminary preparation for the consultation.
- Receipt of a file on the selection of the personalised home skincare.
After completing all of the required steps, within 5 working days, the client receives a file with the selected products, recommendations for their use and a plan for morning and evening skincare routine, as well as recommendations for additional care, if such was requested during the completion of the questionnaires.
The personalised file also includes a list of online stores for purchasing the recommended products and the discounts in these stores if available.
Additionally, if requested by the client, we can select several products to solve one skin issue. This will allow the client to adjust the budget and optimize home skincare, so that it does not become a financial burden.
Online Consultation

- Initial consultation via a video call, lasting 60 minutes.
- Receipt of a file on the selection of the personalised home skincare.
After the consultation, within 5 working days, the client receives a file with the selected products, recommendations for their use and a plan for morning and evening skincare routine, as well as recommendations for additional care, if such was requested during the completion of the questionnaires.
The personalised file also includes a list of online stores for purchasing the recommended products and the discounts in these stores if available.
Additionally, you can request a monthly support from our expert, which will require an additional payment.
Follow-Up Online

- Second or additional consultation via a video call, lasting 60 minutes.
- Receipt of a file on the selection of the personalised home skincare.
The following consultation is carried out only with the clients who have already had an online consultation before.
After the consultation, within 5 working days, the client receives a file with the selected products, recommendations for their use and a plan for morning and evening skincare routine, as well as recommendations for additional care, if such was requested during the completion of the questionnaires.
The personalised file also includes a list of online stores for purchasing the recommended products and the discounts in these stores if available.
Additionally, you can request a monthly support from our expert, which will require an additional payment.
